Spacious apartment with high ceilings, well-equipped kitchen, and modern bathrooms. Warm water and easy communication with staff. Couldn't ask for more. except maybe a balcony that doesn't exist.
Water pressure. but hey, at least the water was warm!

The kids were enthralled by the interactive exhibits and loved trying on costumes from different eras. It was a great educational experience disguised as fun!
My wife says that having a playground nearby would have been perfect for our little ones.

Our stay at this modern apartment was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, with easy access to the train station and city center. We were amazed by the amount of storage space and the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The free parking and good wifi were a bonus, and having a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and electric kettle made our stay even more enjoyable. The flat was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family of three. We also loved the quick delivery of the keys and the option to bring our pets along. The lift, airport shuttle, flat-screen TV, and welcome drink made us feel like VIP guests. our experience was jaw-droppingly fantastic!

Title: Great for Families, But Improvements Needed
My children wanted more kid-friendly amenities, such as a children's play area or a small outdoor playground.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was spacious with high ceilings and the bed was super comfortable. The location was excellent, being in between the train station and city center. The staff were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a wider selection of options.

Great location, close to central station and city center. Keys were delivered quickly with a courier. The apartment was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds.
The heating system was programmed to turn off after midnight, leaving the apartment freezing in the morning. The management's condescending note about adjusting the temperature was insulting.

We had the perfect temporary home for our family of 3. The apartment was spacious, well-furnished, and had ample storage space. We had all the amenities we needed including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Our three-year-old loved having her own room with a big bed. The location was excellent, situated between the train station and the city center. We also appreciated the free parking in the basement and the reliable wifi. it was a great option for our stay in Newcastle.
We had to wait for an hour and the proprietor did not uphold the planned meeting time. It took two separate drop-offs to finally receive the keys, and even then, we were given incorrect instructions for dropping them off.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect temporary home for our family of 3. The location was super convenient, with easy access to both the station and the city center. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment and the abundance of storage space. It was impressively well-furnished and had everything we needed, from a washing machine and a dryer to an electric kettle and cookware. The free parking in the basement was a great bonus, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We also appreciated the comfortable bed in the master bedroom and the fact that our three-year old had her own room with a "gigantic" bed. It allowed us parents to stay up in the evenings after she went to bed. The communication and key delivery were smooth and efficient, and we were even treated to a welcome drink upon arrival. our stay was simply mind-blowing, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Plus, the fact that they allowed pets and had a no smoking policy on site was a huge bonus!

Stayed at a fab apartment with a balcony, free parking, and WiFi. Close to train station, university, and castle. Oh, and they even gave me complimentary water. How posh!
Just loved carrying my heavy bags up and down the stairs since there was no lift. So convenient!
